Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store delivering industrial hardware across a defined geographic territory.

This role emphasizes direct customer engagement, prospecting, and on-site product demonstrations. You must reside in the territory, be able to finance a mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving history, and be physically capable of kneeling and bending.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; outside industrial sales experience in route or industrial sales preferred.
• Job Stability: Tenured background with at most 3 companies in the last 10 years.
• Skills: Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational abilities; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.
• Attributes: Independent work ethic with a proven track record of meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching, referrals, and cold/warm calls near existing customers.
• Present solutions using sample boards and your mobile store.
• Maintain the mobile store's cleanliness, operation, and reports of daily sales and prospecting.
• Keep customer contact information accurate in company software.
