Job summary

Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory using a mobile store approach. The role requires local residency, the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting solutions via demos and samples, maintaining store operations, and ensuring data integrity in company systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, preferred.
• Must reside within assigned territory; relocation not available.
• Must maintain a clean driving history.
• Ability to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.
• Must be able to kneel and bend to the floor regularly.
• Strong tenured background; max 3 companies in past 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and Sell: Develop new sales prospects and make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects near existing customers.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep the mobile store clean, functional, and up-to-date; submit daily sales reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
