Job summary

Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to bring our mobile industrial hardware store directly to customers in a defined geographic area. You will prospect, present solutions, and drive sales using a fully stocked mobile store across sectors like transportation, facilities maintenance, aerospace, manufacturing, and more.

Local residency is required and you must be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation is not available.
Must be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.
Must maintain a clean driving history.
Must have the physical ability to kneel and bend to the floor regularly.
Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills are expected.
Proven ability to work independently and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calls on businesses near existing customers; make face-to-face visits.
Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
Manage Operations: Keep the mobile store clean, functional, and well-marketed; submit daily sales and prospect reports.
Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
