Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store, selling industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and in-person visits to grow the customer base.

The ideal candidate will reside in the assigned territory, be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred, especially route/industrial sales.
• Must reside within assigned territory; relocation not available.
• Ability to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.
• Clean driving history; physical ability to kneel and bend.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep mobile store clean, operational, and marketable; submit daily reports of sales/orders and calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
