Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Territory Manager to lead on-site sales with its mobile store. You will prospect, pitch, and close opportunities across a defined Texas territory, delivering equipment and parts directly to clients.

Responsibilities include presenting products via sample boards and demos, maintaining the mobile store, and ensuring accurate daily reports. A high school diploma and industrial sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Job Stability: Must have a strong tenured background, no job hopping; the ideal candidate has a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills. Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.
• Attributes: Demonstrated ability to work independently and a proven history of goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales prospects and calling on businesses near existing customers.
• Present products and services using sample boards, demos, and the mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep the mobile store clean, operational, and report daily sales.
• Maintain customer data in company software with accurate contact information.
