Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales in a defined Texas territory using a mobile store strategy. You will prospect, present solutions, and operate the mobile store to service industrial customers across sectors, maintaining data integrity and reporting daily activity.

Requirements include a high school diploma, proven independence, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to travel and manage a mobile storefront with a clean driving history.

Qualifications

Education: high school diploma or equivalent; outside industrial sales experience preferred.
Tenure: strong job stability; max 3 companies in 10 years.
Skills: analytical, reasoning, organizational, database/spreadsheet, email, business apps.
Attributes: ability to work independently and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects near existing customers and make face-to-face calls.
Present Solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards and your mobile store.
Manage Operations: Keep the mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales activity.
Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact details in company software with accuracy.
