Scalable Sourcing in Texas is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of mobile industrial hardware within a defined geographic area. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, prospect new customers, deliver product demonstrations, and manage daily reports on orders and calls.

The role requires a high school diploma, a strong tenure history, and the ability to work independently while meeting aggressive targets within a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, preferred.
• Must have a strong tenure history with a maximum of 3 companies in the past 10 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new prospects, call on customers near existing ones, make face-to-face visits.
• Present solutions via product demos and mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep mobile store clean and operational, submit daily reports.
• Maintain and update customer contact information in company software.
