Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Territory Manager to lead mobile-store sales to diverse industrial sectors. You will travel within a defined geographic territory to prospect, present, and close opportunities, maintaining the mobile store's cleanliness and readiness for customer demonstrations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong tenure in industrial sales, and excellent data-management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience in route or industrial sales is preferred.
• Strong tenure with minimal job hopping (max 3 companies in 10 years).
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business apps.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and cold/warm calls.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, demos, and the mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the mobile store and submit daily sales reports.
• Data Integrity: Keep customer info up to date in company software.
