The Recruiting Hive is hiring a Territory Manager in Texas. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, prospect new customers, and present solutions directly at customer sites within your defined territory.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a clean driving record, and the ability to lease or purchase a mobile store vehicle. Independence, reliability, and a proven sales track record are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, preferred.
• Strong job stability with at most 3 companies in 10 years.
• Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation not available and must purchase/lease a mobile store vehicle.
• Must maintain a clean driving history and be able to kneel and bend regularly to access the floor.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present solutions: showcase products using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep your mobile store clean, functional, and productive; submit daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data integrity: continuously maintain customer contact information using company software.
