Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners seeks a Territory Manager in Texas to deliver mobile industrial hardware directly to customers in diverse sectors. You must reside in the territory and be able to procure a mobile store vehicle, while maintaining a clean driving history and physical ability to navigate the store setup.

You will prospect, present solutions, manage store operations, and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems, working independently to meet sales targets in a defined geographic region.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenured background with limited job hopping (max 3 companies in 10 years).
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: Develop new prospects and call on nearby businesses.
• Present solutions: Use sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: Keep the mobile store clean and report daily sales and calls.
• Data integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
