The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering industrial hardware directly to customers via a fully stocked mobile store. The role requires residing in the assigned territory and the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting solutions, and maintaining operational readiness of the mobile store, along with accurate daily reporting and data integrity. A strong, stable work history is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenured background; max 3 employers in 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present solutions: demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep mobile store clean, operational, and well-maintained; submit daily sales reports.
