The Recruiting Hive seeks a Territory Manager to deliver mobile industrial hardware to customers within a defined geographic territory. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, prospect new clients, and present solutions while reporting daily activities to drive sales.

Residence within the territory is required; you must be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving record, and meet physical requirements of field sales. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; external industrial sales experience preferred.
• Job stability: long tenure with no frequent job changes; up to 3 employers in 10 years.
• Skills: strong analytical, organizational, and independent-work abilities; proficient with common business software.
• Attributes: proven goal attainment and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and Sell: Develop new prospects, make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the mobile store; submit daily reports.
• Data Integrity: Keep customer contact information up to date in company software.
