Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Territory Manager who will deliver industrial hardware directly to customers via a fully stocked mobile store in a defined geographic area. You will rely on cold outreach, prospecting, and face-to-face visits to grow the customer base.

The role requires a high school diploma and a proven ability to work independently, with a preference for applicants with outside industrial sales experience and a history of stable employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred, especially route/industrial sales.
• Strong job stability with a max of 3 employers in 10 years.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales prospects through research, referrals, and cold/warm calls.
• Present products and services using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain cleanliness, operation, and marketing of your mobile store; submit daily reports of sales orders and prospect calls.
• Maintain customer contact information in company software.
