Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering mobile stores and industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory. This role requires field prospecting and face-to-face visits to generate new business and maintain strong customer relationships.

You will present solutions using sample boards and demos, while ensuring the mobile store remains clean, functional, and compliant with reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background; ideally max 3 companies in past 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales prospects and calling on businesses near existing customers, with face-to-face visits.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store and submit daily sales reports.
• Keep customer contact information up to date in company software.
