Talent With Heart, a third-generation family-owned business, delivers mobile industrial hardware directly to customers across diverse sectors. The Territory Manager role requires operating a fully stocked mobile store within a defined geographic territory through proactive prospecting and in-person visits.

You will manage the mobile store's upkeep, generate daily reports, and build long-term customer relationships while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Analytical, reasoning and organizational skills are essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; industrial sales exp is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
• Experience with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business apps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching and calling on businesses near current customers; perform face-to-face visits.
• Present products and services using samples and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operation of your mobile store and submit daily sales reports.
• Keep customer records up to date in company software.
