Job summary

Joseph Michaels International is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store, delivering industrial hardware to a defined Philadelphia territory. You will cold-call, prospect, and present solutions directly at customer sites, while maintaining store operations and accurate reports.

The role requires residency in the territory, ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving history. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenure history; max 3 employers in 10 years.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Continu continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
