Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is hiring for a Territory Manager in the United States. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store to deliver industrial hardware to a defined territory, requiring you to prospect and close deals in person.

You must reside in the territory and be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving history, and physically handle the mobile store setup and operations.

Qualifications

• Education & experience: high school diploma or equivalent; outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Job stability: minimal job hopping; ideally no more than 3 companies in 10 years.
• Skills: analytical, reasoning, organizational; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email and common business apps.
• Attributes: able to work independently and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects, make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present solutions: demonstrate products using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep mobile store clean and functional; submit daily reports on sales orders and calls.
• Data integrity: maintain accurate customer information in company software.
