The Recruiting Hive seeks a Territory Manager to operate a mobile store delivering industrial hardware within a defined geographic area. You will cold-call, prospect, and demonstrate products directly from your mobile storefront.

Reside in the assigned territory and be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, maintaining a clean driving history while independently pursuing sales goals in a dynamic field role.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred, especially in route or industrial sales.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

Mansioni

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
