Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to join a high-traffic warehouse/club kiosk team. You will engage customers, educate them on product benefits, and deliver outstanding service in a dynamic environment.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred. Training starts immediately, with opportunities for advancement and participation in incentive programs and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate them on benefits and value of T-Mobile’s offerings.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems to deliver the best customer experience.
• Attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and build relationships to drive sales.
