Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred).

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing value of T-Mobile's offers.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; participate in skills practice and knowledge sharing.
• Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport and drive sales activity in the location.
