Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver on-site technical support across CVS Pharmacy locations in New Jersey. You will service POS and pharmacy systems, photo kiosks, inventory management, and store equipment, performing preventative maintenance and hardware upgrades as needed.
The role requires traveling between stores, diagnosing issues, and collaborating with IT teams to resolve problems while maintaining service records and delivering strong customer service to store
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, repairs, and maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license with no major violations.
- Willingness to travel frequently between CVS Pharmacy locations within Rockaway, NJ (must reside within the service area)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and occasionally work on ladders
Responsibilities
- Travel between CVS Pharmacy locations to provide on-site technical support and maintenance.
- Provide hands-on support for store systems including POS, pharmacy, photo kiosks, and inventory management.
- Perform preventative maintenance, software updates, hardware upgrades, and equipment replacements.
- Install and configure POS terminals, peripherals, and network connectivity in stores.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on-site and determine root causes.
