Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and demonstrate value of T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and reference resources; participate in skills practice and store operations.
• Build rapport, attract potential customers, and drive sales activity; follow up with customers and request referrals.
