Job summary

Joseph Michaels International is seeking a Territory Manager to sell industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined territory via a fully stocked mobile store. This field role requires relocation-free residence in the territory and capability to operate a mobile store vehicle.

You will prospect, present solutions, and manage daily mobile-store operations while maintaining data integrity in company systems. A strong tenure in industrial sales and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background, with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and a proven history of goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations by keeping your mobile store clean, functional, and performing; submit daily sales reports.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information in company software, including notes, names, and addresses.
