Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction.

You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions in a fast-paced environment, staying connected to what matters most. You will complete training on the store-in-store experience, learn new skills, products, and processes, and contribute to a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems.
• Provide outstanding customer service, educate customers, and showcase benefits and solutions.
• Proactively attract potential customers and drive sales activity at the location.
