Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates who will be the face of the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and educate them on the value of T-Mobile’s benefits in a fast-paced, high-traffic setting.

You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing skill development, with opportunities to grow and contribute to sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and educating customers about benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Aim to provide exceptional service, build rapport and loyalty, and drive sales activity including referrals and Be Back processes.
