Job summary

T-Mobile Store-in-Store Mobile Associates play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and help them stay connected, while thriving in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.

You will complete training on products, processes, and store operations, and you will grow by engaging customers, building relationships, and contributing to sales through referrals and proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for the role.
• Experience in customer service or sales in retail preferred.
• Ability to educate customers and build relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting and showcase store benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, and processes; learn systems and resources.
