T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate products, and recommend solutions in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and demonstrates value of T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; continuously learn and improve skills for best customer experience.
• Engage customers with friendliness, establish rapport, and drive sales activity; follow up with referrals and nurture relationships.
