T-Mobile Store-in-Store Mobile Associates work inside a warehouse/club kiosk, engaging a broad customer base in a high-traffic setting. You educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions, delivering outstanding experiences and helping customers stay connected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate them about store-in-store benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, and processes; continuously develop skills for best customer experience.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport, drive sales activity, and collect referrals.
