Job summary

At T-Mobile USA, Inc. the Store-in-Store Mobile Associate role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a high-traffic warehouse/club setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and recommend solutions while maintaining energy and enthusiasm.

You’ll complete comprehensive training on store-in-store operations, contribute to sales activity, and build relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prior retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong people skills, ability to educate and upsell customers effectively.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
