T-Mobile Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile in a warehouse/club kiosk setting, delivering energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while thriving in a fast-paced environment where technology evolves and customer needs change.

You will complete training on the store-in-store experience, learn new skills and processes, and work to provide the best possible customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail setting.
• Explain and demonstrate products and benefits, educate customers, and drive sales.
