Job summary

Store-in-Store Mobile Associates at T-Mobile USA, Inc. serve as the face of the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, passion, and expert product knowledge to customers.

You’ll educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions to ensure customers stay connected to what matters most. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment. (Preferred).
• 18 years of age or older; legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate and showcase value of benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, and processes; learn systems and resources.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport, drive sales and referrals.
