Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You will engage with customers, educate them on products, and demonstrate solutions in a fast-paced setting.

You will complete training on new products, processes, and systems, and strive to deliver outstanding customer experiences while building relationships and driving sales at your location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing the value of T-Mobile's offerings.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; continuously learn and improve skills.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport with customers, attract potential customers, and drive sales activity at the location.
