Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of our warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, passion, and expertise in a high-traffic environment. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and recommend solutions to help customers stay connected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems to provide the best customer experience.
• Build rapport, drive sales activity, follow up with customers, collect referrals, and foster relationships with new and existing customers.
