Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse/club kiosk environment. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales while delivering outstanding service in a team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools and communicate the value of member benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; participate in skills practice and knowledge sharing.
• At T-Mobile, you will attract potential customers, follow up with referrals, manage Be Back processes, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
