Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Educates customers, demonstrates, and showcases the value of T-Mobile store-in-store benefits.
• Completes training on the store-in-store experience, products, and processes.
• Proactively attracts potential customers, supports sales activity, and follows up with referrals.
