Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of T-Mobile in a warehouse/club kiosk setting, delivering energy, education, and exceptional customer experiences in a high-traffic environment.

The role includes training on products and processes, educating customers, and driving sales. It also offers a guaranteed pay structure with benefits including stock grants, 401(k), insurance, and time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Retail customer service or sales experience preferred (6 months).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and communicating value of benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills/products/processes, and knowledge resources; participate in skills practice and store operations.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport, attract potential customers, drive sales activity, follow up, collect referrals, and manage Be Back processes.

Education

6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred)
