Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of the brand in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and recommend solutions while delivering exceptional experiences in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.

You will complete comprehensive training on our store-in-store experience and systems, then apply consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and drive, loyalty, and referrals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing value of products and benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, skills, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport, matching pace, and driving sales activity, including follow-ups and referrals.
