Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to engage customers in a fast-paced warehouse/club setting, educate on products and benefits, and drive sales with a strong focus on customer experience.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and at least 6 months of retail or customer service experience, plus coaching and communication skills. Training, on-the-job incentives, stock grants, and employee benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent coaching, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Educate customers, demonstrate products and showcase benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience and product knowledge.
• Continuously develop skills to provide excellent customer experiences.
