Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 6 months customer service and/or sales in retail preferred.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States.
• Comfort with using digital tools and handling sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Educate customers, demonstrate, or showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes; learn systems.
• Proactively attract potential customers to drive sales activity and follow up with referrals.
