Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks an energetic Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to engage customers in a fast-paced retail setting, educate them on products and benefits, and drive sales while delivering outstanding service.

You will complete comprehensive training, learn T-Mobile systems, and continuously enhance your product knowledge and customer interaction skills to support growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educates them on products and benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; continuously learn and improve skills.
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers; drive sales activity and follow up with referrals and Be Back processes.
