Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. in a fast-paced retail environment seeks a Mobile Associate (Store-in-Store) to engage customers, educate them on our solutions, and demonstrate value across products and services.

You will use digital tools, identify needs, and apply solution-based selling to deepen relationships and drive sales. You will train on the in-store experience, stay current on promotions, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers, while providing excellent service and meeting sales

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment; educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions; identify customer needs and demonstrate wireless solutions.
• Complete training on in-store experience, review promotions, and stay Customer Ready at all times.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience from setup to device support and servicing.
