Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate for National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, demonstrate value, and drive sales in a busy retail setting, while learning the in-store process and product knowledge.

You’ll be coached to exceed targets, build relationships, and deliver exceptional service. Eligible to receive stock grants, 401(k) and the wide benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value of T-Mobile products.
• Complete training on in-store processes and stay customer-ready with Hub updates and promotions.
• Build rapport with customers, manage referrals, Be Back processes, and onboard nearby store locations.
• Support account setup, device support, and account servicing with leadership and teams.
