Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate (Store-in-Store) to engage customers in busy national retail locations, educate them on devices, plans, and solutions, and drive sales with a service-first mindset.

You will learn the in-store experience, use digital tools, and collaborate with store leadership to onboard customers, while building rapport and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to learn product features, promotions, and in-store processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate on T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools and solution-based selling to demonstrate value.
• Complete training on products, processes, and on-site operations; maintain readiness.
• Build relationships with customers and nearby teams to support experience and onboarding.
