Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to engage customers in busy retail environments and demonstrate the value of our wireless solutions. You’ll use digital tools, build rapport, and drive sales while pursuing excellent customer experiences.

You’ll complete onboarding, learn products, and collaborate with nearby stores to ensure consistent service. A High School Diploma and 6 months of sales or customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities
