Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates for its Store-in-Store environments. You will engage customers in a busy retail setting, educate them on wireless solutions, and use digital tools to demonstrate value.

Training, onboarding, and teamwork are emphasized to deliver exceptional service and drive sales. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, with a focus on building relationships and meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment and educates customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding to identify needs and demonstrate value.
• Complete training on in-store experiences, products, processes, and systems; stay customer ready.
• Be customer-obsessed: connect with customers, build rapport, and exceed expectations; follow up and capture referrals.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support account setup, device support, and servicing.
