Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to energize National Sales partner locations with passionate customer engagement and product demonstrations. You will help customers understand wireless solutions, onboard them to self-serve tools and the T-Mobile app, and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced retail setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 6 months in customer service or sales, with a focus on coaching, communication, and consultative selling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilize digital tools and self-serve resources to demonstrate value and complete onboarding.
• Deliver exceptional service, build relationships, and exceed customer experience metrics.
• Collaborate with nearby store leadership to support account setup, device support, and servicing.
• Perform training, follow procedures for security, and maintain knowledge of current promotions.
