T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to bring the brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, demonstrate solutions, and drive sales in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.

This role emphasizes education, relationship-building, and using digital tools to guide customers through self-serve options and onboarding, all while delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Mansioni

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Use digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value of solutions.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stay customer ready and informed.
• Be customer-obsessed: reach out to potential customers, follow up, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to service.
