Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools to educate on T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions; identify needs and demonstrate value; recommend wireless and onboarding solutions.
• Complete in-store training on products, processes and systems; stay Customer Ready and onboard customers.
• Be customer-obsessed, engaging with customers, building rapport and driving sales activity.
