Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate for Store-in-Store locations. You will engage customers in a fast-paced retail environment, educate them on Wireless solutions, and use digital tools to showcase product value. You will participate in onboarding, promotions, and store operations to ensure a superior customer experience.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience. Travel is not required. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate product value.
• Complete training on in-store processes, promotions, and systems; assist with onboarding customers and store operations.
• Build relationships with customers and nearby teams to support the overall customer experience.
