Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You’ll engage customers, educate them on wireless solutions, and demonstrate value through solution-based selling in a fast-paced retail setting.

You’ll build relationships, follow up with customers, and contribute to achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional service and helping customers self-serve through the app and digital tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and educating customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding; identify needs and demonstrate value of products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes; review personal results and updates to stay customer-ready at all times.
